International Nepali Speaking Leadership Training (INSLT) is an online program designed for Nepali-speaking Christian pastors and church leaders who are seeking to enhance their leadership skills and strengthen their understanding of the Word of God. The program was started on March 18, 2020, and has been running every day since then.
The program covers a wide range of topics, including Practical Theology, Church History, Mission & Evangelism, World Religion, Theology, Leadership, and Church Management. Each of these topics is designed to help participants deepen their knowledge of the Bible and develop the skills necessary to lead their congregations effectively.
The instructors of INSLT are highly educated and qualified, with expertise and experience in their respective fields. They are well-known for their academic excellence and long-time faithfulness in church and ministry.
INSLT classes are conducted via Zoom and are live-streamed on various Facebook pages and YouTube. The program has attracted over 350 pastors and church leaders from over 25 countries. The classes follow a specific format. Each session starts at 8:30 AM EST with a prayer, and the class begins promptly at 9:00 AM. The class consists of a one-hour teaching session, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and discussions, where participants can ask questions and engage in dialogue with the instructors and other participants.
